Based on the IATF16949 quality management standard, combined with the actual situation of precision micro-shafts business operations, we have established a quality management system led by the general manager and responsible by each department.
We have established a complete quality management system, and have compiled programmed quality manual, procedure documents corresponding to each business process, operation instructions and various record documents corresponding to daily operation, so as to realize effective supervision and guidance for the work of various departments, and make the quality management system more perfect, including product quality pre planning (APQP), production part approval procedure (PPAP), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other quality control tools are widely used in key nodes of product quality control.
At the same time, we use the Changhang T8 management system to track the whole batch number of the production process to ensure product traceability. Through communication with customers and annual customer satisfaction surveys, we provide timely feedback on customers' improvement opinions on technical and production personnel, so as to continuously improve the actual product and service quality.
